Our Istanbul wedding planning service includes concept development, decor and floral design, table styling, entrance and ceremony area design, full setup and breakdown, and seamless coordination on the wedding day.
Yes. As part of our wedding planning services, venue recommendations, DJ, sound and lighting, catering, hostess services, and RSVP management (guest reception and response tracking) are available upon request. These services can be planned individually or bundled into a tailored package based on the couple’s needs.
Wedding planning pricing varies based on factors such as the number of guests, the venue, the chosen concept, the number of tables, the scale of floral design, and setup requirements. A final price is shared as a tailored proposal once all needs are clearly defined.
Yes. Wedding decor and floral design are core components of the planning service; the color palette, style, and material selections are all thoughtfully planned together.
As part of our planning service, we conduct venue site visits to assess measurements, setup timelines, loading and unloading areas, and technical requirements such as electricity and lighting.
It may be possible depending on the date and the availability of our team and inventory. However, especially during peak season (May–September), we recommend getting in touch at least 3–4 months in advance.
Yes. We provide wedding planning services beyond Istanbul. Weddings and decor services in other cities across Turkiye are planned on a project-based basis.
Yes. For couples who do not opt for full wedding planning, we offer general wedding consultancy services. This consultancy includes budget planning, selecting the right vendors, refining the concept, and creating a clear roadmap to ensure the process moves forward smoothly.
Our wedding consultancy service is offered both online and in person. For couples based outside the city or abroad, online wedding consultancy is a highly suitable option.
Wedding decor rental refers to hiring items such as vases, candle holders, chargers, backdrops, and table accessories for a specified period of time. It is ideal for couples who wish to create their own design, as well as for event and wedding professionals.
Yes, we offer wedding decor rental services within Istanbul. Delivery and setup options are determined based on the specific needs of each project.
Our standard rental period is three days: delivery one day prior, use on the wedding day, and return the following day.
Yes. A security deposit is required for decor rental and varies depending on the product category. The deposit is fully refunded once the items are returned in undamaged condition.
Yes. All rented candle holders, vases, and decor items are inspected, thoroughly cleaned, and properly maintained after each use before being delivered.
Wedding decor rental covers product supply only; the design and implementation are handled by the client. Wedding planning, on the other hand, is a comprehensive service that includes design, product selection, setup, and full process management.
Yes, we provide wedding decor rental services within Istanbul. Delivery and setup options are tailored according to the specific requirements of each project.
Upon request, we can provide product selection and styling recommendations; however, installation and on-site setup are planned separately from the rental package.

Decor items can be collected directly from our warehouse or delivered to the specified address. The return date and time are clearly defined according to the agreed rental plan.
Yes, paid setup and breakdown services are available upon request. For projects that require installation, team planning is arranged in advance.
In the event of damage, the situation is assessed based on the type of item. Costs may be deducted from the security deposit or charged as a repair or replacement fee. The process is managed through a delivery and return inspection form.
Our wedding decor rental service is available in Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, and surrounding nearby cities.
For weddings held outside Istanbul, decor is planned on a project-based basis as part of our full wedding planning service. Standalone decor rental, however, is not available for out-of-city projects.
Yes. For those who wish to pursue a career in the event and wedding industry, we offer organization consultancy, online and in-person training programs, as well as workshops and masterclasses. These programs are designed for both beginners and professionals looking to further develop their skills.
Depending on individual needs, we offer both one-on-one consultancy and group training sessions. The training content covers the event planning process, decor and table design, team management, pricing strategies, and system setup.
